Why can't I remove from playlist anymore?

So while watching videos in a playlist, I can no longer remove them from that playlist any more. I swear I could do this a few days ago. Am I going mad!? There def used to be 3 dots next to the song name where I could open a mini tools menu which included remove, like, move to another list etc.

There is no longer any management tools on this screen - I can't do anything on here!?

If I want to remove it I have to go back into the 'You' menu and remove from there - which is very annoying, as I can't play the actual videos on that screen. So doing a playlist audit is very awkward now!
