Lost CELTA certificate, TEFL recommendations in the interim

Hi,

To make a long story short, I got a CELTA certificate in 2001 and both Cambridge and the school I went to can't find any records of it. I don't know why or how they've both lost it, but I'm eager to start working overseas ASAP so I've decided that doing an online TEFL certificate would be the next best thing for me. Question: what are the most reputable organizations to go through to do this? I hope to earn a TEFL in the shortest time I can. I have years of teaching experience in ESL and in the public schools where I live. Thank you for any tips!
