Bought a house 1.5 years ago, now selling. Buyers solicitors are finding some issues, where do I stand?

Basically I'm feeling like I've been screwed over because my buyers solicitors are finding issues that our solicitors didn't mention when we bought the house.

Nothing is major, but they want us to put an indemnity policy in place because the title plans are not in colour. The land registry only holds black and white versions which was fine for when we bought the place.

They're also not happy that we don't have FENSA certs for new windows (installed prior to our purchase) and want a policy put into place for that as well. I've spent £60 on the FENSA website downloading those certificates so far.

There are other little bits and bobs that they keep finding and essentially suggesting that we have to pay several hundred in indemnities. They're also asking if we'd had indemnities put into place when we bought the house.

I don't understand why none of these issues were brought to light less than 2 years ago when I bought the house since nothing changed. Is there anything I can do to hold my previous solicitor to account?
