Best neighborhood to live with a dog

Hi everyone,

I'm moving to Guangzhou with my dog and looking for the best areas to live. Please recommend areas that have pet-friendly restaurants, parks where dogs can enter, a neighborhood that's walkable and doesn't have lots of traffic. Thank you!
