Should I buy a laptop now and not wait for anything new

My laptop is gonna come from somewhere else so im gonna get it 3 months after do you think I should buy now or wait for a new model something idunno.

I'm asking because I heard that there gonna be something with AI that is gonna make the prices of laptop or loq models skyrocket in price what are your thoughts on this. because I believe it but I'm kinda skeptical about it as well. Thank you
