How do you keep up with which AI model or agent to use?

It feels like every couple of weeks there’s a new favorite Claude Opus, then Kimi, now DeepSeek. Do you subscribe to each one, or just switch depending on the task?

Is it wise to switch to Chinese model now considering they offer more tokens compared to Claude.
