i just got a totem of undying by killing a creeper when the hell did this get added!?

I was just playing survival and killed a normal creeper... and it dropped a Totem of Undying.

At first I thought one of my mods was causing it, but I searched it up and apparently there's a 0.016% chance for a creeper to drop one.

I've been playing Minecraft for years and had absolutely no idea this was a thing. Has anyone else ever had this happen before, or did I just get insanely lucky?
