BPI or PLDT?

I’m currently deciding between two opportunities: PLDT and BPI, both at the Senior Manager level with competitive compensation and benefits.

I’ve spent most of my career in telecommunications, so I’m deeply embedded in the industry. At the same time, the opportunity to gain banking experience is very appealing since it would broaden my exposure and potentially open up new career paths.

If you were in my position, what factors would you consider? Would you stay and deepen your expertise in telecom, or make the jump to banking for the broader experience?
