Leafless cutting

Hi! I got a Hoya polyneura jasminka cutting a few weeks ago. When it had a few roots i potted it, but it didn’t take well so I took it out and put it in a prop box with perlite, I have good experience rooting cuttings there. But I have a lot of roots which look healthy now, but both the leaves have fallen off. I suspect rot..

Does anyone have any advice on what I can do now?
