New player, transitioning from Fifa Manager to FM24, any tips?

Hey everyone, I'm switching from EAFC 26 Manager mode over to FM24. But when I loaded into the game and made a save, there was just an OVERLOAD of info and I was lost. But I really want to learn, but I was hoping to get any tips from you guys. EAFC 26 is so easy, won the DFB Pokal, the Bundesliga, and the Champions league and it didn't feel rewarding. Many people I know talk so highly of FM24 because of the difficulty so I want to give it a try. Anything will be appreciated.
