How To Revise Law? (Foundation)

rookie question, but,

My attempt is this SEP, i have completed my syllabus, made detailed notes, and now its time to dedicate this month for revision,

But i am clueless on like what is the most effective way? should i read -> close my notebook -> try to recall?

should i try to scribble down from memory? (but i feel that would take a lot of time).

ofcourse i am solving questions and want to do writing practice, but looks like the topics arent still retained,

what can i do for retention?
