Free Trial Switch 2 Version

Hello, i want to play the swwitch 2 version when it will be out but i already have an account on PC with the free trial. Can i just connect to this account to continue my progression with the free trial ? Or should i create a new account on the switch and restart ? Will i be able to transfer my progression across differents platforms ? Sorry if the question have been asked multiple times already.

Have a good day!
