USAA to AMEX Exchange Program

The CEO of USAA needs to have a word with the CEO of AMEX. They need to do an exchange program where the best AMEX workers and executives come over to USAA for 1-2 months. At the end of the exchange, those individuals will supply feedback to USAA for improvement.

If AMEX sold car and homeowners insurance, I would totally enroll.
