Hostel Booking for SRM AP Freshers (5 August 2026)

As many of you already know, hostel booking begins tomorrow (5 August).
Girls: 10:00 AM IST
Boys: 12:00 PM IST
To make things easier, I’m attaching all the official documents and emails I’ve received regarding hostel booking in one place. Hopefully this saves everyone from searching through their inbox at the last minute

After receiving your Student ID (starting with AP26), you will also receive your SRM AP email ID. The password for this email is sent separately via SMS.
Along with this, you’ll receive several official documents, including your digital student ID card and other onboarding documents.
I’ll attach all the official documents I received (excluding any personal or confidential ones) so you know what to expect before hostel booking.

- I would like to mention that there is a bug while submit your documents for verification, if by any chances you include any special character while naming you file , it will drop and reject your uploaded file

- those you have not received any info regarding student mail and their profile is already verified , please contact mentioned mail
- also make sure you verified your phone number at the very last of enrolment process
