Practicing sisters perspectives regarding polygamy
Assalamu Alaikum
I kindly ask for responses only from practicing sisters who see Islam and its guidance as the ultimate reference, not cultural norms or modern biases.
I’m a young, unmarried, practicing Muslim who owns a successful tech company. I got attracted to the idea of marrying 4 young, religious, beautiful wives.
What I believe I can offer:
- I am financially capable of supporting multiple wives.
- I would provide separate accommodation for each wife.
- I would strive to treat all equally, to the best of my ability.
- I would treat each wife with kindness, respect, and affection.
- I would fulfill their emotional, spiritual, and physical needs.
- I would be transparent from the very beginning about my intention to practice polygamy.
What I am not doing this for:
- Not to show off.
- Not to feed my ego
- Not to treat women as objects.
- Not out of arrogance.
Why I want this:
- To raise the family.
- To protect my chastity and lower my gaze.
- To meet what I feel is a genuine emotional and physical need.
JazakAllah khair for reading.
I welcome thoughtful, faith-based perspectives from practicing sisters.
