PG hasn't refunded the deposit yet, what can I do?

I stayed in a PG in Delhi, which is handled by a company who owns multiple PG's, and I checked out in June. The terms and conditions that were stated (of which I have email proof as well), is that they'll take 45 banking days to refund the 15k deposit after checkout, which comes out to around 2-3rd August. Now, with the Indian pg landscape of bullshitting their way out of paying the deposit, I pre-emptively logded an NCH complaint a month after my checkout, and intimated them through email.

The official deadline set by them in their terms and conditions has officially expired and yet they haven't refunded me the deposit, and the NCH complaint just says, "In Progress"

To help myself, I have all the proofs to show the payments and the terms and conditions and the emails and screenshots and everything.

What can I do now? Feel free to ask more questions to help understand my situation better
