The Leopard 1A5 should lose DM33 at 9.0

DM23 is already a good shell at 9.0; the Leopard 1A5 doesn't need DM33 at 9.0. Also, what's even the point of the Leopard A1A1 now that they'll be the same BR? The A1A1 has a worse round, no thermals, worse optics, no laser rangefinder, and weaker armor. Its only real advantage is slightly better mobility. This is an incredibly stupid BR change. The 1A5 is arguably better than similiar tanks that are staying at 9.3, like the AMX-32 (105) and the premium Type 74.
