When will it get better?

I’m 7 weeks post-op, stage 2 (mainly adhesions covering/sticking my ovaries and tubes plus in pouch of Douglas) and I feel awful. I ovulated a few days back and my whole pelvis is on fire. My surgery was done by a specialist for over 25 years who trains surgeons on how to remove endo. When does it get easier?
