Rap in Katowice

I'm a foreigner who's moving to Katowice soon, and I'm trying to figure out the local music scene. I make music and play in an Afro-American hip-hop band, and we'd love to start performing once we're settled. The problem is that I have no idea how artists usually promote themselves in Katowice or Poland in general. Are there any clubs, bars, or venues that regularly book hip-hop acts or are open to new bands? Also, what's the best way to get involved in the local scene and connect with promoters or other musicians? Any advice or recommendations would be really appreciated. Thanks!
