External NTFS USB drive (ADATA HD650) is detected as RAW only on recent Windows 11 builds (26200.x) (Tested on HP probook 465G and PC with MSI PRO Z790-P mainboard)

The same drive mounts correctly on Windows 7 and older Windows 11 builds on two different machines, and files are available and transferred properly and NTFS is recognised.

SMART is healthy. CHKDSK recognizes the filesystem as NTFS and does not report any problems with the filesystem (chkdsk /f /r). DMDE can read all files and recover them. Disk Management shows the partition as RAW and Explorer reports "E:\ is not accessible". This appears to be a regression in recent Windows 11 builds. Tried different USB, removing the device from Device Manager, changing power management options, and fixing with chkdsk. Nothing helps.
