Which Games Had Manuals?

Getting the whole series for my physical media collection, but I want the manuals included in them (makes it a complete package). I already got the God Of War Origins Collection which had it's manual, but then when researching God Of War: Ascension I noticed that many listings had the controls on the inside of the case and no manual.

Is this how every copy of God Of War: Ascension is? Did the God Of War Collection and God Of War III: Remastered have manuals? How about the Norse games?
