Giving blood 🩸 in Taiwan

Anyone who is non-Taiwanese (incl. Chinese-looking) have experience (good or bad) with giving blood here at one of those busses that are sometimes parked outside admin buildings? My Mandarin isn’t great but am sure I could manage my way through it…but curious to hear from anyone who has done it.
