Is it good deal?

I wanted to build a gaming pc for first time but prices are just insane in my area so i found a used one with these specs,

32GB DDR5 RAM 6400MHz
1TB NVME SSD samsung
MSI PRO Z790-P WIFI
ROG STRIX 850W Gold
DEEPCOOL AIO Liquid Cooler LE720
+ good quality Power Supply

Price: $1,500
Usage: medium usage for 2 years

Note: it’s my cousin PC and he claims sometimes the AIO making strange high noise during gaming so i assume i have to change AIO.

I don’t have to plan to ever upgrade this PC so in case of buying how long the GPU will physically last before dying if used for gaming daily?
