Monitor for Office Use

Salam everyone,

I am looking to buy a monitor for my working purposes. No Gaming.

I need an IPS panel​​, blue light, flicker fee and height adjustment.

Any feedback on Viewsonic? Plus, should I go for an open box monitor or a brand new one and for which brand?
