Incredibly striking 2yo old Conde is on the EU list at BARC Shelter in Houston Tx for 8/4@1pm after his owner was arrested. Conde is confused and terrified with his loss and the abrupt changes. Marked as rescue, he can be adopted by the right person. Pls share across SM!
