Should I add Waystones mod along with Create Aeronautic ?

I am building a adventure modpack, and one of the main mod in this is Create Aeronautic. However, I also added Waystones, but now I realise a huge problem.

If ppl have access to Waystones, why would they build huge ships go Travel, when they can just tp to the location wanted. And on the opposite, some people dont want to do 827 times the same path just to move stuff, and Waystones would be a time saver.

Should I keep Waystones, but change the recipe to make it harder and more rewarding to get, or anyone got an idea on how to fix this issue ?
