Clinical psychology vs organisational psychology

My passion from when I was young was to become a therapist. I completed my bachelor in psychology I did a placement year and worked with SEND children, I volunteered as a dual diagnosis recovery worker and I am applying for a paying role in the same company and I have also worked in hospitality for years throughout my studies but in the UK to become a clinical psychologist you need a phd and tons of experience. The people around me also want to become a clinical psychologist and they are in their late twenties and early thirties unable to get in. There is also the whole licensing being specific to the UK situation. I’m in my early twenties, I want to be free, happy, able to relocate and travel as I please. If i go into corporate aka organisational psychology, I would be able to move to different countries without licensing worries, work remotely, make good money early on. It sounds like the easier, happier route but I cant just give up on my dreams and I dont know what to do. Also, my friends are moving out of London and I feel like I will be left behind struggling with my career while everyone is far away.
I have also heard about how draining corporate work can be though.
I dont know what to do, I feel lost.
