Ethically is this abandonment

I’ve only been with this organization a short time and it started off really good until I got injured followed by getting sick which cost me a lot of missed time and I used every ounce of PTO I had. Well things flipped when I returned to work after 2 weeks and now I’m experiencing a hostile work environment as well as evident retaliation from one of my superiors. This whole experience has been tanking my mental health and so I gave notice and found a new job that I’ll be starting in a couple weeks. My question is: If the conditions in my clinic continue to be hostile and retaliatory, and I need to leave sooner than the 30 day notice to protect my mental health, would this be considered client abandonment? I would effectively transfer my caseload to another staff and get them up to speed but I don’t know if I can ethically leave.

I appreciate all insight and advice. Thank you!
