For Gen Z and later YouTube-native generations, are web personalities on an “equal footing” with Hollywood celebrities in terms of stardom?

Of course given the web personalities are big enough fame-wise

Because I think for millennials like me, YouTube stars were still regarded subpar no matter how big because they’re not artists participating in art stuff, so curious if that is changing in any way
