Is she really into me?

Hey Reddit, need a quick reality check on a situation I’m dealing with.

I’ve been dating this girl for about two weeks now. Our second date was last Saturday—we went to a casino, had amazing chemistry, and ended up kissing. Face-to-face, the vibe was crazy good. She was teasing me, locking eyes with me for long moments, and even said things like "Are you even ready for me?" and "Gotta go to the restroom to break the tension a bit." She explicitly told me that she usually cuts guys off after two dates if there's no spark, but that she really liked me and definitely wanted to see me again.
Here’s the catch: her communication over text is a complete nightmare.
She openly admits she has high walls, gets overly sensitive/defensive, overthinks everything, and relies heavily on validation/reassurance. After Saturday, she went super cold/dry on text. Meanwhile, I noticed her updating her socials, following new people, and just being generally passive with me.
I decided not to double-text or chase her on Monday. I told myself that if she wants me, she needs to show some effort instead of expecting me to do all the heavy lifting while she stays behind her wall. My gym coach also told me straight up: "Don't engage with dry energy, let her reach out to you."
So last night (Monday evening), I didn't text her. Instead, I just posted a clean, solid gym picture on my story with a hard trap beat (no moody text/captions).
Within a short time, she liked my story. But she didn't send a message or start a conversation.
I chose not to reply or reach out to her based on that like. In my eyes, a story like is the bare minimum effort to check if I'm still on her hook without risking anything herself. What bothers me the most is that i cant put all the effort in. I want some effort from her site

My questions for you guys:

1. Did I make the right call by ignoring the story like and staying quiet?
2. Is this typical behavior for a girl who’s anxious/insecure and put up a defense mechanism, or is she just breadcrumbing me for validation?
3. What should my next move be if she doesn't actually send a proper text in the coming days?
