How to rekindle the spark of playing Morrowind for the first time?

I have started Morrowind multiple times and even though I never finished it, I experienced it quiet a lot and can not forget those things I know about the game (I know where to go, what to do, how to optimize my builds).

I would love to re-experience the game once more, most likely with a modpack. What is your suggestions on that? I heard that there are the Tamriel-Rebuild and the Remaster Version who can't be combined... what should I install? Any other ideas? I already played a lot of different build etc.
