Is there an ex you’d still go back to if you had the chance? An ex you never truly got over. How many years has it been since you broke up?

Do you still think of that ex? I’m trying to understand why some men would still choose to go back to a particular ex, even after many years apart. Is it because they never stopped loving her, because they haven’t found a connection that compares, or simply because time changed their perspective? If given the chance today, would you still try again? What made that person so difficult to move on from?
