Cold Approaching (India Gurgaon)

Hey :) everyone so I’m a decent looking guy and I get matches over hinge bumble tinder however I have got limited success when it comes to conversion or lays from these apps. At the same time texting or dm on Instagram to any women barely works and only way left is to actually cold approach but I feel India as a country is hard and cold approach might not work around here. I would love to know what all do you think regarding the same?
