Grieving Mom, brother with complex ptsd

My brother passed five months ago suddenly. My mom passed twelve days ago. Her diagnosis came out of nowhere, from the week of diagnosis till she passed waa about 7 weeks. There are a lot of difficult family dynamics, from which i sustained cptsd well before these losses and the events of the upcoming funeral services are already triggering severe panic attacks for me. I am doing my best to get through everything but have little support outside my therapist. Any words of encouragement are deeply appreciated.
