iPhone 13 battery replacement

I’ve seen many post claiming free battery replacement for their iPhone 13. My phone has battery health of 70 percent but there isn’t any visible swelling. Can I also get free replacement? Also please let me know the authorised service centre in Delhi where I can get this done.
