Looking for fully funded phd programs in architecture and built environment. Looking for guidance

I would like to know experiences from people already doing their phds
And also if anybody knows a program that is fully funded
I have field experience of 5 years and guest faculty experience of about 1.5 years.

I’m planning to do a phd , however I haven’t published a research paper yet.
Also I’m unsure what topic hits my interests
I’ve been involved in large scaled projects and enjoyed commercial projects over residential. My thesis was on housing and also have been active in many leadership roles as a student.
