Hi ! One month ago I wrote a post saying i've reached 72$MRR.

Now I am at 328$MRR (which is not a lot, but i'm happy).

For context, my app is:
**helping musicians, beatmakers and artists to create visuals for their music.**

I am a developer so I spent nearly 3 years making the tool as good as possible and not marketing it. (which is a mistake but if you don't do it you'll never learn this).
Everyone says you should market, because an idea without marketing is nothing, and that's FUCKING TRUE.

**Couple things changed since last month**

**First mistake**
My prices were in €, but my analytics showed a lot of users coming from USA.
*- I switched the pricing to $.*

**Second mistake**
I was much much cheaper than every concurrent and got only one pricing (free & premium)
*- I added one 'studio' pricing. users have now a middle choice*

**Third mistake**
Making a **all in one** tool for everyone (which some people want, but the majority is lazy).
*- I built a page with only one feature from the entire editor*

**Fourth mistake**
Not doing videos to promote your app. Even ugly ones.
\- *Creating tiktoks videos where I do things on my app, fast cuts, subtitles, and a catchy music.*

For the next weeks I will be trying an opensource tool where I should be able to post instagram/tiktok from one dashboard.

Will be happy to answer to any question, financial ones, marketing, whatever.

**I am also looking for someone experienced in marketing/socials to work together. (i can offer dev, 3d, optimisations, feedbacks + sharing revenue as well).**

One month ago I got 72$MRR, today i have 328.16$MRR (what i've changed)
