Imtiaz Has Been Delaying My Raw District EOI Refund for Over 2 Months

I've had a very disappointing experience with Imtiaz support regarding my EOI refund for Raw District.

It's now been over 2 months, and I still haven't received my refund. Every time I contact support, they keep delaying the process, asking me to wait, or giving vague responses without any real progress. It feels like they're just wasting my time instead of resolving the issue.

Has anyone else experienced the same problem with Imtiaz or Raw District EOI refunds? If so, how long did it take, and were you eventually able to get your money back?

Any advice or shared experiences would be appreciated.
