Chole bhature in Chennai

Though it's a very popular dish in delhi, I'm not sure if chennai folks will like it.Chennai's breakfast game is quite strong and it's very delicious too. Not sure if chole bhature will have a chance. We tried it at many places in Chennai, they were all quite off. . Hence seeking opinions.
