Auspost / Star track same ?

Hi Everyone, sorry for being naive but had to ask this. So, I run an eBay account and ship heavy items which can only go through by road. Can I buy Auspost label through EBay postage and drop it at Star Track? If I do that would it go with Star track? Thanks
