Traffolyte label cleaning advice

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for advice on the best way to clean Traffolyte-style engraved labels after laser engraving.

At the moment, I’m mainly trying to remove engraving dust and residue, got the settings pretty down pat.

For those who regularly produce Traffolyte labels:

What do you use to clean them?
Do you clean them individually or in full sheets before applying the adhesive?
Do you use compressed air, a soft brush, isopropyl alcohol, soapy water or another product?
Are there any cleaning products or cloths that should be avoided?
What does your process look like from engraving through to packing?

I’m producing these commercially, so I’d love to develop a quick and consistent cleaning process that leaves them looking professional.
