Playstation 4 Slim

Had no issues so far.

Then, when I try to download an app (like Netflix) and some of the free to play games, I get a WS-43691-3 error.

I did:

- Made sure software is up to date.

- Restart router and re-configure (automatically) internet connection

- Rebuild PS4 database from safemode

- Settings > Account then Restored Licenses also Deactivated primary PS4 and re-activated

^ And a combination of those.

Nada.
