GCASH never works when I buy plane tickets in foreign currency

Does anyone have the same problem as I do? Since Gcash has good forex rates, I tried to use it to buy plane tickets with PAL, Cathay, HK Express, etc. But it always gets an error message.

Hindi ba talaga kaya or is there something we need to do first? GCASH CS is kinda useless.

Thank you!
