How bad is Staying in same company, same role for 4 years?

I work as Frontend developer (Angular, though I am learning React) in one of Indian service based company (Not WITCH) on there in house product.

I have total 4 years of experience, but due to some reason I didn't get promoted.

How bad is my situation and market for front-end roles?
