Youtube Premium canceled/expired after holidays

Hi,

I just came back from my Vietnam vacation for two and a half weeks. Yesterday at the airport I tried to download some videos for the flight and I got the error message that it isn't possible to determine which country I am in - resulting in removing all downloads I made before and not being able to download anything else.

Even with turning on a German VPN I got that message. Now that I'm back in Germany since some hours I still can't extend/renew my premium lite. Did anyone ever experience this? Do I just have to wait?
