Painful Zits

Hello! I have been taking accutane for 2 weeks 20mg/day Male. What do you do for painful, red pimples. I am allergic to NSAID, tried icing it and it burned my skin so bad. I tried scrunching my forehead and the skin there cracked, now i have a gash in my forehead. What bothers me are the painful pimples, it’s absolutely dreadful and the pain radiates every second. I am on my wits end. I tried benzoyl peroxide and it seems to help but the size stays the same. My nape and back has been getting huge pimples as well. Thank you!
