Need suggestion on buying my first car

I’m an expat living in Germany and recently got my German driver’s license in February this year.

Now, I’m looking to buy my first car and have received some offers from dealers and websites like Autoscout24 and Carwow.

I need suggestions on a balloon financing offer for an Audi A3 35TDI S Line from Audi Gebrauchtwagen plus. Here are the details:

- Monthly payment: €248
- One-time payment at the end of the 36th month: €22,450
- Annual mileage: 15,000 km
- Dealer states there’s no guaranteed buyback.

I have a few questions about this offer:

1. Is the Audi A3 35TDI generally considered a reliable car?
2. Does it retain its value well, so that if I need to sell it myself at the end of the third year, it won’t depreciate significantly?
3. Is this a good deal for a car that’s only one year old (registered on August 1, 2025)?
