DC was never meant to have a film universe like the MCU

To be honest I have seriously doubts about Gunn's universe after the Supergirl bomb and the direction they are taking the DCU. Frankly I don't think they will ever reach the peak of the MCU. Even as uneven the MCU has been over the past few years after Endgame, they still can release movies that guarantees a billion dollar box office. Just look at the new Spiderman movie. Last time a DC movie crossed a billion dollar was Joker and that's not even in the DCU. But still a DC film. 7 years ago. Sometimes are just not meant to be and I feel the DCU is one of them.
