Flipkart returns order

So the guy collected the return order, asked me for the OTP entered it. 5 minutes later he called again and said I am cancelling the return because tag is not visible (the cloth tag was never there in the first place). I tried to convince him but he refused.

However, when I go into the app I see refund initiated and processing when the guy just left the order with my watchman.

Am I missing on something?
