I got neglected as a kid !!!!????

As a kid I never got loved by my father and my i didn’t have a relationship with my mom because they were always arguing. I would always get beat for no reason and one time my father slam my head against the wall and I started bleeding. He showed no remorse or even cared if I was okay . I was 7 years old . I always told my mother when I was getting abused and she never believed me she would always take my father’s side. Should I still have a relationship with them or no ?
